Information we receive
When you contact us through the form on our website, we may receive your name, email address, phone number and message so that we can respond to your request. We also collect basic usage data such as pages viewed and time spent on site to improve course recommendations.
How we use information
We use inquiry details to answer questions, discuss course suitability and provide requested service communication. We do not sell personal information. Course interest data helps us refine our catalog and send occasional educational updates only when you opt in.
Browser storage and client-side features
Favorites, cart selections and theme preferences may be stored in your browser through localStorage. This information remains under your browser’s control and is not a server account. The Fallows page and cart functionality rely entirely on this client-side storage so you can save soap recipes and build your own kit without creating an account. Clearing your browser data removes these selections.
Retention and deletion
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, record keeping or legal obligations. You may request access or deletion by email. LocalStorage items are deleted automatically when you clear your browser or use the provided reset controls on the Fallows and cart pages.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical care, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. All forms submit over encrypted connections.
Children
The service is intended for adults and is not knowingly directed to children. We do not collect information from anyone under 18.
